I'm about to finish my second month and I've realized something: it's not about the duration, but about having targeted workouts and putting in the effort...even those who work can easily follow the program and find time for everything...not to mention the never-boring diet, you eat everything, and I also like to experiment, so it's going great.

I recently started this journey with Rosa, and one thing that struck me is that she's not a "snake oil salesperson." She's straightforward, explains things clearly, but most importantly, her sole aim is to help each of us re-establish a connection with our bodies, regardless of the results. I believe this is the most important aspect—a program different from all the others peddled everywhere! Give it a try!

Rosa is a sincere and determined young woman. Thanks to the support group she created, it's possible to connect with around 700 other clients, and it's truly helpful. The training is challenging, but every day she encourages us to do our best. We are only human, but she teaches us to unleash that little ambition and truly love ourselves. I adore her, and I'm sure that together we will have a wonderful journey.
